For B2B companies selling in Canada and the US
Meetings with the people who can say yes!
Business development for founders who’d rather close than prospect. We find the companies that fit, reach the decision maker via various channels, and book meetings with a real chance of closing. Then we compare notes with whoever runs those calls, so the targeting gets sharper every month.

Behind PilotVia
PilotVia is based in Toronto and works with an international network of senior specialists in go-to-market, outbound and B2B sales strategy. We’ve run the full sales cycle ourselves in finance, advisory, consulting, manufacturing and technology, including SaaS, marketplaces and AI platforms. That closing experience shapes how we reach out, and it’s why our focus stays on qualified meetings with buyers who have a real reason to talk.
For each project, we put together a team of senior specialists to fit the scope. Depending on the work, that can include former directors and senior executives from large companies, and founders who raised venture funding and built their own businesses. Your project lead has spent more than 12 years opening new markets in Canada, the US and the GCC region.
With people and partners in North America, the UK and the GCC region, we help companies grow across borders. We work with European and GCC companies selling into North America, businesses expanding into the UK, and North American companies that want more qualified meetings with their ideal buyers. We take on a limited number of clients so each one gets our full attention, and you work directly with your project lead from the first call.
FAQs
-
It usually is if you sell to other businesses, you’re already selling, and you or someone on your team can take the meetings and close. You sell in Canada or the US, or want to, and companies coming here from Europe, the UK or the GCC region are welcome too. It’s not a fit if you don’t have paying customers yet, if you want someone to close deals for you, or if you’re after the most leads at the lowest price.
-
Real people make the calls and write the messages, across phone, LinkedIn and email, and whichever channel gets your buyers talking gets the most effort. Behind the scenes, we use AI tools for research and data work because they make us faster and more accurate, and our team checks everything they produce before it’s used. You get the speed of good tools and the judgment of people who’ve sold for a living. We also stay involved after each meeting. We compare notes with whoever ran the call, and what we learn changes who we contact next, what we say and where we say it. That’s how the meetings get better month after month.
-
We agree on it in writing before we start. In short, it’s a sales conversation with someone who can buy or makes the decision, at a company that matches your target, about a problem you solve. And it has to actually happen. A meeting that’s booked and then missed doesn’t count.
-
Outreach usually starts within two weeks of our first working session. How fast the first meetings come depends on your market and how quickly we agree on targets and messages. We’ll give you an honest estimate on the first call.
-
Less than doing it yourself, though it isn’t zero. There’s one working session at the start, a 15 minute call each week, a quick look at each new list of companies, and a short note from you after each meeting. Those notes are what make the next month better.
-
We want to know why. You tell us what you heard on the call, and we tell you what we’re hearing from the market, including from people who said no or not now. Together that shows whether to change who we reach, what we say, where we say it, or something in the offer. Some answers sit outside our work, and we’ll still pass them on, because they help you sell.
-
You approve the messages, and you see every list of companies before we reach out. If email is part of the mix, it goes from a separate domain set up for your campaign, so your main domain stays protected. We follow Canadian and US spam laws, and anyone who asks us to stop never hears from us again.
-
It depends on your market and how much outreach the work needs. We go through pricing on the first call, once we both know it’s a fit. After the first period it runs month to month, and you can stop with a week’s notice.
